Micro irrigation

DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM :

Inline Emitting Pipe System  – These are LLDPE laterals integrated with low flow emitters to give the most precise irrigation.  

Application: Closed spaced crops, vegetables, spices, sugarcane, cotton, etc.

Range : Nominal Diameter 12 & 16mm;  Pressure Class- 1 & 2;  Discharge 2 /4 LPH

Plain Laterals  – These are plain LLDPE laterals used for wide or irregular spaced crops or trees. Button Drippers or Emitters are inserted externally by punching at plant root zone locations.

Application: Wide spaced crops, orchards, etc.

Range: Nominal Diameter 12 mmm to 32mm;  Pressure Class- 1, 2, and 3; Discharge 2 to 14 LPH

SPRINKLER IRRIGATION SYSTEM

As the name says, it is a method of irrigation fields by way of spraying water through rotating sprinklers placed at regular intervals between potable polyethylene pipe networks. These polyethylene pipes are commonly known as Sprinkler pipes or Quick coupled PE Pipes. This system is easy to use and quite efficient. A saving of approximately more than 40% can be achieved in comparison to conventional irrigation or flood irrigation method.

Application: Vegetables, Fruit plants, Grains, Lawns, Stadium, low standing crops, Tea gardens, etc.

Range: Nominal Diameter 32mm to 110mm;  Pressure Class- 1, 2, and 3

Pe pipes

PE Pipes or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes being one of the most robust and toughest material for fluid transportation, be it water, gas, chemicals, or slurry, is the most widely used medium. Its cost-efficient, corrosion-free, chemically inert, and long life makes it an excellent choice of use. In many areas, MDPE Pipes are also used, mainly in drinking water applications.

Material Grade : PE 63 / PE 80 / PE 100

Protected cultivation

Protected cultivation is a process of growing crops in a controlled environment, commonly known as Green House or Poly House.

Crops grown under these Polyhouses can be grown in both soil as well as Soilless or Hydroponically.

Our Pond Liners carry a minimum wall thicknes of 500 microns and is quality assured for maximum life span. We strictly use only virgin polymers for our Pond Liners.

corrugated steel water tanks

An alternative to conventional RCC water storage tanks is a very innovative solution known as Corrugated Galvanised Steel Water Tanks. 

These tanks are compact and collapsible giving the flexibility of setting it up just within less than 72 hours, which is impossible in the case of conventional tanks. 

Also, it has a minimum life span of 30 years, and the waterproof PVC /EPDM liners inside the tank make the tanks super waterproof. It can withstand the toughest weather conditions, whether its hottest climate of the planet or its freezing cold. 

These tanks are available in sizes starting from 9000 liters up to 2.1 Million liters of fluid.

The tanks are certified by International standards for its Galvanisation coating and material strength. Its also been recommended and used in several rehabilitation projects aided by the world bank and other organizations.
